Social Action Committee

Our Social Action Committee is very active.  We meet once a month, are participant driven, and focus our attention on a variety of efforts to accomplish Tikkun Olam.  Recent efforts include: work with the soup kitchen and community garden, work toward immigration reform, care of incarcerated immigrants, literacy programs in the public schools, and support of gay and lesbian rights. We encourage a broad range of activities and are responsive to the needs of the congregation.
